Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Memphis Keys ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Memphis Keys is a view-only information service. It lets you follow live streams of your choice and see information about them in one place.

The information is provided for your own general use. It can be incomplete, late or wrong, and some of it depends on things outside our control. Please do not rely on it as the only basis for a decision that matters to you.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into this agreement.
• Give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• An account is for one person or one organization. Please do not share it, sell it or hand it to someone else.
• An account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once. To discourage sharing, pages may show the email address of the account that is viewing them.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, export, record in bulk, republish, resell or pass on what the service shows, or use it to build another product, list or database.
• Use a program, script or other automated means to read the service.
• Try to get around its limits or security, reach another account, or interfere with how it runs.
• Use it to harass, threaten, impersonate or harm anyone, or for anything unlawful.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

• Paid access is sold as a subscription at the price shown when you sign up. It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
• Payments are taken by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or keep your full card number.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, your access may be paused until it goes through.
• We may change prices for future periods. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

6. Changes and availability

We may add, change, limit or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise that it will be available at all times or free of errors.

7. Independence

Memphis Keys is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other platform, company or person whose name or content may appear in it. Names and marks that appear in the service belong to their owners.

8. Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or where the law requires it.

9. Our responsibility to you

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
